For as long as I can remember, I have made this cake for my Mum on Mother's Day. I'm not sure if she requested it, or if I had just spent all my pocket money and baking a cake was my solution to a gift - but it has been a full blown tradition now for probably 20 years. This is a family recipe and the only thing I know how to bake from memory. If you can resist, I highly suggest saving some for the next day - it tastes even better! Tania. X
We can thank Jeremy's grandmother Gwen for this one - I first tasted it with her & now we don't eat crumble any other way. I don't like feijoas fresh but I will never, ever pass up a feijoa & chocolate crumble. Enjoy! X
We normally only eat Cinnamon rolls at Easter, no one in our family likes Hot Cross Buns so bake & indulge in these instead. However, yesterday was Xaviers birthday & instead of a cake we ate these, it's a recipe I adapted from one I found on the internet. It's deliciously good. Enjoy! X
I'm not much of a cook but most people compliment me on my chocolate chip cookies...and then ask me for the recipe, so here it is!
