Summer Bucket List + FREE Printable

Summer Bucket List + FREE Printable

Posted by Little Mash on

I haven't written a Bucket List for my life yet, my interests change so often that it just wouldn't stay relevant for long. In fact, I came across one recently that I had started when I was probably 16 years old and it was absolutely ridiculous... and involved eating a lot of strange foods. My passion for New York seems to have lasted though, but I'm sorry to say, dear 16 year old Tania, you still haven't made it over to visit.

Anywho, while I don't necessarily have a Bucket List for life, for as long as I can remember I have always written one for the summer months. This year has been particularly chaotic and I'm feeling the need to simplify and get back to basics. Do you feel that too? So I want to fill our list with ideas and activities that I remember doing in my childhood and recreate them with my daughter this year. Oh the 90s, I miss you.

Here are some ideas to get your list started:

PLACES TO GO

Local market
Picnic
Sports game
Flower field
Spontaneous road trip
Waterfall

THINGS TO DO

Fruit picking
Ice cream crawl
Backyard camping
Fly a kite
Photoshoot with a disposable camera
Sail paper boats
Water fight
Star gazing
Host a family talent show
Spend a whole day in nature
Help out a neighbour

TREATS TO EAT

S'mores
Have breakfast for dinner
Homemade popsicles
Fresh lemonade
Host a taco night

THINGS TO MAKE

Outdoor fort
Friendship bracelets
Nature wand
Send snail mail
Build a sandcastle
Cook dinner on a fire
Grow a herb garden

What has made its way on to your list this year? Download the FREE Summer Bucket List printable below, fill it in with as many ideas as you can, snap a pic and tag us on Instagram with #littlemashlookatme.

Enjoy!
