30 Iconic '90s Family Movies To Rewatch With Your Kids
Share
Brrrrr! This chilly weather has me craving couch-time this weekend. Recently my daughter and I started working our way through the iconic '90s family movies and it's giving all the nostalgic feelings + has been extra fun seeing her enjoy them just as much as I did.
It's also been interesting watching them now as a grown up and recognising the more adult jokes and references throughout that went totally over my head as child, or realising just how random a storyline really is (James and the Giant Peach, anyone?). It can be quite shocking and funny at times.
Our favourite movie so far has been 'Hook' with the legendary "Rufioooooo" entrance. Gosh Robin Williams, Macaulay Culkin and the Olsen Twins were in just about everything back then weren't they...
Anywho, if you'd like to take a walk down memory lane too I've pulled together a list of films you can whip out during your next family movie night below.
Disclaimer: not all of the movies listed will be appropriate for younger children and may not fit within your family preferences or morals.
