Shipping policy

• Little Mash offers Free Shipping to Waikato addresses (Excluding Bulk or rural shipments)
• Little Mash offers free shipping within New Zealand on all standard products with orders above $99. 
• Bulk or larger products will incur a bulk shipping fee depending on product (Displayed at checkout) 
• We currently partner Go Sweet Spot alongside NZ Post who make deliveries Monday to Friday. All orders are tracked & traced, you will receive an email so that you can track its journey & in most cases your order will be dispatched within 1 day of being placed. All of our orders are set to "Authority to Leave" which means no signature is required at delivery, if you have specific delivery instructions please include these with your order

• Shipping to Australia is $25 with NZ Post. Delivery times can vary. We can ship anywhere in the world so please contact us for a quote. Little Mash has no control over customs or import duties that may be incurred when your order reaches its destination, you will be liable for these costs.

• If you are unhappy with your order we will happily exchange or credit items returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in it’s original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached) & accompanied with proof of purchase. Returns & exchanges outside of this timeframe will not be accepted
