HOW WE OPERATE WHEN THERE'S COVID...
We abide by the rules here so we do not ship while in Level 4, our delightful online store remains open allowing you to shop your little heart out and we'll have your goodies delivered or ready for collection as soon as we're given the green light. Shipping resumes in Level 3 & our doors open in Level 2.
Until then, follow the rules and look for the peak each day. There is AWLAYS a peak where there is a pit!
- Little Mash offers free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $150, excluding items deemed as oversized - these items incur a $20 freight charge & can only be shipped within New Zealand. There is a $7.50 flat shipping rate for all other orders
- We currently use Go Sweet Spot alongside Post Haste who make deliveries Monday to Friday. All orders are tracked & traced, you will receive an email so that you can track its journey & in most cases your order will be dispatched within 1 day of being placed. All of our orders are set to "Authority to Leave" which means no signature is required at delivery, if you have specific delivery instructions please include these with your order
- Shipping to Australia is $20 with NZ Post. Delivery times can vary. We can ship anywhere in the world so please contact us for a quote. Little Mash has no control over customs or import duties that may be incurred when your order reaches its destination, you will be liable for these costs.
- If you are unhappy with your order we will happily exchange or credit items returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order provided it is in it’s original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached). Please initiate contact early. Returns & exchanges outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Please choose carefully when purchasing sale & flash sale items as we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, they are final & non-returnable.
- To carry out an exchange or return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of your intentions. Items returned to us are at your expense & any additional postage incurred with an exchange is also payable by you. Once we have received your items back in an acceptable condition we will issue your store credit or process your exchange. Please send returns to;
