NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We will have your gorgeous order ready for collection within 24 hours of it being placed. Your order will be delivered by Post Haste Couriers, please allow 1-4 working days from pick up for delivery plus an additional 2-3 days if you are rural. All orders are tracked and traced, you will receive an email so that you can track its journey. All of our orders are set to "Authority to Leave" which means no signature is required at delivery, if you have specific delivery instructions please include these with your order.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING - $9.50 nationwide including rural and Waiheke Island
  • OVERSIZED ITEMS - Cots incur a freight charge of $65 and can only be shipped within New Zealand, other items we deem oversized incur a $20 freight charge and can also only be shipped within New Zealand
  • SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA + REST OF THE WORLD - Shipping to Australia is $25 with NZ Post. Delivery times can vary. We can ship anywhere in the world so please contact us for a quote. Little Mash has no control over customs or import duties that may be incurred when your order reaches its destination, you will be liable for these costs.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
  • We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition [new, unused, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached] for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please choose carefully when purchasing sale and flash sale items as we do not accept exchanges or returns on these items, the sale is final non-returnable unless faulty.
  • To carry out an exchange or return please contact us at enquiries@littlemash.co.nz  to advise us of your intentions. Items returned to us are at your expense and any additional postage incurred with an exchange is also payable by you. Once we have received your items back in an acceptable condition we will issue your store credit or process your exchange. Please send returns to;
