Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • If you are unhappy with your order we will happily exchange or credit items returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in it’s original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached). Please initiate contact early. Returns & exchanges outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Faulty items will be replaced, Contact us to arrange a return shipping label. 
  • To carry out an exchange or return please contact us at enquiries@littlemash.co.nz  to advise us of your intentions.
