Bedtime Bestie is a gentle magnesium sleep spray combined with lavender essential oil to help relax the body and mind for a restful sleep. Magnesium helps growing bodies, easing growing pains and promoting a calm mind.
It’s safe to use from 3 months old, with a lightweight, non-sticky texture that absorbs quickly—so there’s no waiting around for it to dry. Just spray, rub, cuddle, and lights out (well, in theory).

Directions
Massage 2 sprays on the bottom of each foot 10-30mins before bed. Can also be used directly on areas of discomfort to help manage growing pains. Avoid sensitive or irritated skin, external use only.
